Office to Residential Conversion

Full design and build for the conversion of empty office space into 16 apartments across four storeys. Ideally situated in Woking town centre with great transport links into London, our brief from the Client was to create an ‘above average’ level of finish for a young professional target market. As well as conversion works, the project involved significant upgrades to the external façade including a replacement roof. Through attention to detail and careful material selection, we were able to complete this fast paced project to a high standard, resulting in all apartments being let within two weeks of completion.
